The Role
We are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and a highly child and family focused approach within one of our children’s residential homes in Lincolnshire.
In this dynamic role, you will:
· Be accountable for the performance of the home in relation to a range of organisational KPI’s.
· Drive improvement, innovation, efficiency, and best practice.
· Seek to achieve and sustain outstanding care and compliance.
· Help embed the Kisimul culture and values.
· Ensure the service consistently meets regulatory and safeguarding standards.
· Make sure all the young people we support have lives full of meaning, fun and personal development.
About YouYour Qualities
· Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
· Proven management experience in children’s residential care.
· Strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
· An initiative-taking, resilient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
· Flexibility to travel between services within Lincolnshire.
