About RTN Mental Health
At RTN Mental Health, we’re on a mission to transform the way neurodevelopmental and primary care mental health services are delivered across the UK. As a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation, we combine clinical excellence with commercial innovation to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
From NHS partnerships to private services, we’re redefining what accessible, ethical and effective mental health support can look like, and building clinical pathways that are robust, evidence-based and genuinely life-changing.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary diagnostic team, supporting high-quality ASD and ADHD assessments. This is a specialist clinical role within a growing, values-driven organisation.
Working remotely, you will carry out comprehensive mental health and neurodevelopmental assessments, take detailed developmental histories, and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions that inform diagnostic decisions. Your work will be central to ensuring our assessments are thorough, evidence-based and person-centred, with clear clinical formulation and high-quality reports.
We welcome applications from experienced clinicians with strong clinical reasoning skills, confidence in working with neurodevelopmental presentations, and a commitment to neuroaffirmative practice.
