- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, responding promptly to any changes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and team members.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and care planning.
- Provide leadership and support to care staff.
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
