Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Medivet Kenilworth.

You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team consisting of 3 CCAs, a VCA and regular Veterinary Surgeon and RVN locums, allowing you to be part of a collaborative, experienced and welcoming environment. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of medical and surgical cases, giving you the chance to develop and use your nursing skills to their fullest.

The clinic features three consult rooms, separate dog and cat waiting areas, and benefits from excellent transport links, including a nearby train station.

Kenilworth is a historic market town in Warwickshire, known for its charming streets, independent cafés, shops, and the famous Kenilworth Castle. It offers a great work-life balance, with beautiful countryside walks, cycling routes, and easy access to Leamington Spa, Coventry and Birmingham.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with a weekend rota of 1 in 6 weekends at Leamington Spa 24 Hour.

You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges

  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team
