The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Prudential/Regulatory Reporting Analyst with 1-5 year’s of experience in the regulatory reporting space to support the delivery of high-quality regulatory submissions, and process improvement/remediation experience.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our regulatory data is robust, well-controlled, and scalable as the bank evolves.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of regulation, data, and systems, and who thrives in an environment where improvement and automation are actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

Source, review, and interpret financial and risk data to support prudential reporting obligations.

Produce and deliver COREP submissions in line with regulatory expectations and timelines. (COREP, PRA 110, LCR)

Analyse reporting outputs to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and implement fixes.

Apply and enhance data validation rules and controls to improve accuracy and reliability.

Work closely with colleagues across Finance, Risk and Treasury, to ensure reporting inputs are complete and well-understood.

Adapt reporting processes to reflect regulatory updates, business change, and system development.

Contribute to change initiatives, including reporting automation, system upgrades, and data quality improvements.

Monitor regulatory publications and emerging industry practices to assess impact on reporting requirements.

Support the ongoing strengthening of governance and control frameworks around regulatory reporting.

Act as a point of reference for COREP-related queries within the wider team.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrable experience in prudential or regulatory reporting, with hands-on exposure to COREP.
Strong data handling capabilities, including advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is an advantage.

High level of accuracy and confidence working with complex, high-volume datasets.

Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and propose practical solutions.

Good knowledge of banking products, capital and risk concepts, and financial reporting fundamentals.

Understanding of prudential regulation such as CRR / CRD and Basel frameworks.
