As a Night Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resident’s day to day. This is a hands-on, person-centred role where no two days are the same.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Night Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resident’s day to day. This is a hands-on, person-centred role where no two days are the same.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting residents with personal care tasks (where required)
- Encouraging participation in rehabilitation, therapy and social activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Delivering care in line with individual care plans
