Description
Here’s a Summary Of The Role

You will run and support UK and global fast-turnaround quantitative research projects, including Omnibus, B2B, Targeted Research and international studies across a wide range of topics. Working closely with senior researchers, client teams, and directly with clients, you’ll help design and deliver high-quality research that is clear, unbiased, and stands up to external scrutiny.

This role sits at the centre of YouGov’s fast-paced research environment and requires excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Omnibus, Targeted Research and global studies
  • Work directly with clients to design and refine questionnaires in line with objectives and best practice
  • Monitor fieldwork and resolve issues quickly to meet tight deadlines
  • Deliver results clearly to clients, including guiding them through YouGov’s Crunch platform
  • Review client materials (e.g. press releases, reports) to ensure accurate and robust use of data
  • Support senior researchers on larger, high-profile global projects
  • Assist on Insight projects across multiple sectors
  • Support commercial teams with feasibility checks, quotes, proposals, and client pitches
  • Respond to fast-turnaround client requests and help win new business
  • Use YouGov systems to manage projects, script surveys, and document client communications

  • These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

    • Degree or HND in a relevant subject
    • Quantitative research experience in a client-facing role
    • Industry qualification desirable (e.g. MRS Advanced Certificate)
    • Strong client-handling and communication skills
    • Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
    • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of statistics and quantitative analysis (desirable)
    • Self-motivated, confident, and collaborative
