The post-holder will support continuous development of research management structures required for delivery of good quality research from the development of first ideas to studies publication. The post-holder will lead a team of facilitators and liaise with Research Delivery lead on delivery of projects. The post holder will liaise with both internal and external parties as and when required in relation to the conduct of the role.

Education/Qualifications
Essential
- Post-graduate degree
- Knowledge of research governance, including legal requirements relating to research
- Knowledge of NHS as well as HEI research systems
- Knowledge of financial aspects of research management
Experience
Essential
- Significant administrative experience preferably in a healthcare / academic environment
- Significant research management experience
- Research administration
- Data analytical skills
Desirable
- Some budget management experience
Skills and Abilities

- Numeracy and problem solving skills
- Experience of working with Microsoft, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
