We are seeking a Reservations System Project Manager to join our Business Services team at an exciting time: the firm's move to our new London office at 2 Broadgate.
In this role, you will be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Eptura Engage, our room and desk booking technology, acting as a key interface between legal practice groups, IT, suppliers, and Business Services functions . Reporting to the Project Manager (Systems Lead), you will play a pivotal role in delivering the enhanced booking system for our new premises whilst providing ongoing global operational support.
What You'll Do
- Lead the enhancement and implementation of room and desk booking technology for the London office move, including visitor management, QR code functionality, security system integrations, and intelligent booking features.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams - IT, Security, Front of House, and external suppliers - to deliver a seamless implementation.
- Manage system upgrades from user acceptance testing through to production, ensuring timely communication of new functionality and fixes to stakeholders globally.
- Plan and deliver training to super users, administrators, and end users, keeping training materials current and accessible.
What We're Looking For
- Robust project management experience, ideally in systems or IT-related projects.
- Experience with room and desk booking systems is highly desirable.
- A self-starter with resilience, adaptability, and a positive demeanour.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- A natural relationship builder with outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Presentation and training skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
