Location: Newport, Isle of Wight (Hybrid available)

Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Relocation Support (up to £8,000)

Manage residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions.
Provide clear, professional advice and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with SRA, AML, and GDPR requirements.
Contribute to business development and departmental growth.
Collaborate with colleagues and support a positive, client-focused culture.
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (England & Wales).
Minimum 2 years PQE (NQ with solid experience considered).
Strong communication and client care skills.
Organised, detail-focused and commercially aware.
