A respected regional firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its busy Bognor Regis office.
This role offers a broad and consistent caseload alongside excellent team support and clear earning progression.
Caseload includes:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Lease extensions
Equity releases
1-10 PQE
Comfortable managing a full residential caseload
Strong organisational and client-facing skills
Target-driven and commercially minded
Competitive salary (£50,000-£90,000 DOE)
25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
