We are currently recruiting a Residential Support Worker to work in our Ofsted registered children's home based in Hammersmith, which is rated as ‘Good’. You will support children with disabilities to achieve positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives.
The Main Work Strands Include
- To provide a consistent caring and stable environment for young people enabling them to thrive
- To be part of a team operating a 24 hour service, working on a rota which includes evening, weekend, some waking nights and sleep-in shifts.
- To achieve agreed aims and objectives in line with The Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015 and amendment 2018.
- To meet the needs of children with complex and multiple disabilities, including significant challenging behaviour.
