The Opportunity
Based in either of our Scottish offices - This is a true 360° recruitment role with real breadth and influence. You will:
Lead end-to-end recruitment across both business services and fee earner roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers and Partners, offering expert guidance on sourcing strategies and market insights.
Champion a first-class candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
Proactively build talent pipelines and drive direct sourcing initiatives, including LinkedIn engagement, referrals and talent pooling.
Manage agency relationships and monitor service standards.
Collaborate with the wider HR function, including our shared service centre, to deliver seamless processes and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the continued development of our Inclusion & Diversity recruitment strategy.
Your work will directly support the Firm’s strategic growth, ensuring Dentons remains externally recognised as a leading employer within the legal sector and internally aligned with best practice, ethical and inclusive resourcing principles.
About You
You will bring:
Proven 360° recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
A proactive, direct sourcing mindset and comfort using social media tools and talent mapping techniques.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
A collaborative, adaptable and positive approach — particularly during periods of change.
A genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and delivering an outstanding experience to candidates and colleagues alike.
