R&F Travel Retail, a sister company of Stena Line, is Northern Europe’s leading travel retail and food & beverage specialist. With over 40 years of expertise, we challenge the “one size fits all” approach and deliver a fully tailored, 360‑degree service for every client. As Stena Line’s procurement partner, we operate a satellite warehouse and procurement hub in Holyhead and maintain a busy warehouse right here in Holyhead.

We’re now looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join us in a dual Retail & Warehouse Operative role. If you’re energised by fast‑paced environments, love delivering fantastic service, and enjoy keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Please note: Due to the flexible nature of the operation, this role requires candidates to live within reasonable travelling distance of Holyhead, as some shifts fall outside public transport availability. While hours vary, you can expect to work an average of 20–40 hours per week.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering a warm welcome, supporting with enquiries, and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse and retail spaces every day.
  • Follow company guidelines carefully, including checking delivery data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage incoming goods, ensuring efficient storage, rotation, and distribution through internal and external networks.
  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet operational needs.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and keen to return.
  • Support the Site Supervisor by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Act as a keyholder when required, ensuring security procedures are followed and operations continue smoothly.

    Qualifications

    • Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
    • Previous experience in a busy warehouse or retail environment
    • Experience delivering face‑to‑face customer service
    • Proven record of upselling and working to KPIs
