Role Purpose


Opportunity provides for Revit Technician(s) operating at equivalent Senior Geomatics Surveyor level to work within our expanding Geospatial Team within Project Management & Building Consultancy.
The role is for a forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the built-environment, self-motivated with a talent for verbal and written communication; a good team player, strong work ethic and an attention to detail and accuracy.


Hybrid working role based in one of our London, Birmingham or Manchester office locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Director / Senior Director / Project Lead;
  • Responsible for producing high quality AutoCAD Revit digital models, drawings and construction documentation.
  • Provision of 3D Revit models for Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
  • Creation of BIM deliverables to industry-recognised Level of Detail (LOD) and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Standards and protocols to ISO19650
  • Create and update families, components, schedules and templates
  • Delivery of Construction Verification through laser scanning, point cloud processing, and direct comparison against 3D Revit BIM models. Responsibilities include validating architectural, structural, and MEP installations, undertaking tolerance‑based accuracy and clash analysis, monitoring construction progress, and verifying as‑built conditions for handover and compliance. Producing verification-ready BIM outputs and managing issues through CDE and BIM collaboration platforms.
  • 2D extraction; provision of technical drawings, plans, sections and elevations.

Key Skills and Person Specification / Requirements

  • 2 years' experience utilising Revit in an Architectural, Structural or MEP context
  • Experience with Autodesk product-suite including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM360
  • Experience working with raw PointCloud data - E57, RCP, LGS formats.
  • Effective communication and co-ordination skills; role supports efficient digital project delivery and collaboration across in-house teams and external Clients.
  • Qualification / certification in either Architectural Drafting, Design, Engineering, Construction technology or related disciple. Preferred but not essential.
  • Site visit and 3D laser scanning data-capture understanding preferred but not essential. Willingness to expand data-capture as a skill-set.
  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously or as part of a wider team.
