Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to be responsible for providing analytical, operational, and advisory support across the full range of reward processes in Ricoh Europe. In this role you will support the design, delivery, communication and governance of reward programmes including compensation cycles, benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive processes, and reward reporting.
The position plays a key role in ensuring high quality insights, data accuracy, and consistent application of reward frameworks across regions. Plus, will contribute to reward projects across the region, through subject matter expertise, analytical support, and/or project management, tracking and governance activities.

What you will be doing
- Deliver accurate analytical support for annual compensation review cycles, including salary, bonus, and performance management processes. Provide relevant internal and market analyses and insights, draft employee and management communications and support in the preparation of decision-making tools
