  • Support the implementation of changes to team systems and tools that will enhance the user experience for the wider firm and maximise the use of inbuilt functionality

  • Other assistance:

    • Supporting other team members on tasks and projects
    • Managing regulatory and administrative processes such as professional indemnity insurance renewals, registered foreign lawyer applications and practising certificate renewals
    • Coordinating and leading team and other internal meetings including arranging speakers and agenda items, circulating agendas, and proactively following up on agreed actions
    • General administration tasks including allocating incoming queries from the business to the relevant team members, keeping centralised task lists, updating intranet pages, coordinating the team’s monthly bulletin
  • Assisting with the coordination and management of team workflows, including tracking progress of ongoing tasks, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables

  • The Ideal Candidate

Our employees are talented people, distinguished by technical excellence, with a willingness to embrace team working and a passion for client service. You will be able to demonstrate a similarly supportive, flexible and driven approach and will have accumulated the following experience and skills:

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Teams, SharePoint and Power Automate
    • Awareness of and interest in generative AI tools, including Microsoft Co-pilot and legal-specific AI systems, and their application in a compliance and risk management context
    • Excellent organisational skills – able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams
    • Personal accountability for all deliverables, working proactively and at pace to deliver required milestones
    • Strong analytical and technical skills, with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with key stakeholders
    • A track record of success and experience working in a similar position preferably within a law firm or professional services firm
