What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your rope access operations and play a key part in maintaining safe, efficient work, strong client relationships, and high standards across every site.
- Implement, maintain, and review safe systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure teams meet industry safety standards and compliance requirements.

- Lead rope access operations, ensuring it’s the right method for each project.
- Plan, implement, and review safe systems of work.
- Maintain operational policies, procedures, and compliance with industry standards.
- Motivate and manage Rope Access Supervisors and field teams to achieve high safety standards.
