At Langosteria, service is at the core of the guest experience. We are looking for a Runner who brings energy, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit, supporting the front-of-house team in delivering a seamless and refined service in line with our standards.
This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a dynamic fine dining environment, with a genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to learn the rhythm and precision of high-level service.

- Support the waitstaff and kitchen team by delivering dishes promptly and accurately
- Ensure correct communication between kitchen and dining room during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables according to company standards
- Monitor table progress and support the team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- High level of energy, reliability, and a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
