Division: Sales – MPS & Business Solutions
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and enabling high‑performing sales teams? We’re looking for a Sales Administration Manager to lead our Sales Admin function supporting our Business Solutions & MPS divisions.
In this role, you’ll manage and motivate a team responsible for sales support, quoting, order processing and accurate deal management. You’ll work closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Finance, Service and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient processes that directly support our sales strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach and develop a desk‑based Sales Admin team
- Drive performance aligned with our wider sales strategy
- Ensure accurate quotes, order processing and deal loading
- Collaborate across departments to resolve customer and operational issues
- Support stakeholders with data, reporting and process improvements
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support sales delivery
