We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to support our sales team and manage customer retention across our B2B client base.
Support the full sales cycle, including documentation, contracts, and onboarding handovers
Act as a point of contact for customers and TPI partners, handling queries and ensuring excellent service
Maintain CRM pipeline and produce sales reports and forecasts
Provide administrative support across sales, contracts, and commission processing
Manage customer renewals, reduce churn, and conduct retention activity
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and handle customer accounts proactively
Strong understanding of sales processes
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel skills a plus)
