About the Role
This role requires a professional individual who can provide dedicated customer and administration support to the European Sales and Service Team. Sales orders are to be processed in line with company procedure and with a focus on excellent customer care. As the main point of contact for all Sales & Service Administration support for the UK and Europe business, we are looking for an applicant who can assist our commercial retail partners at every interaction point and become a central contact for information on country-specific activity. The person in this role would be expected to stay up to date with new products and features to assist with any enquiries.
This is a hybrid role, based in Maidstone office
