Reward Gateway, part of Edenred, is a global leader in benefits and employee engagement. We help businesses attract, engage, and retain top talent through strategic reward, recognition, and well-being solutions.

Guided by our shared missions - ‘Making the World a Better Place to Work’ and ‘Enriching Connections, For Good’ - we’re committed to transforming workplaces and improving people’s daily lives.

Our team embodies entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and respect. We push boundaries, speak up, and stay human, fostering a culture where imagination thrives.

Your Role in our Mission:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new potential clients for the Reward Gateway New Business team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many organisations — understanding their challenges, sparking interest, and setting up opportunities for our Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who’s passionate about connecting with people, learning fast, and making a tangible impact.

SDRs at Reward Gateway are supported with training, tools, and coaching to build a long-term career in consultative B2B sales.

As an SDR, you will:

  • Work within a defined territory/industry, aligned to Consultants
  • Generate new qualified opportunities and book meetings for the New Business Sales team.
  • Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with HR, Finance, and People leaders through professional, insight-led outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand the clients needs, goals and challenges.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and your SDR Manager to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Represent Reward Gateway with professionalism, curiosity, and energy in every interaction.

  • Proactively working to hit defined KPI’s and maintain sales pipeline.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Research organisations and tailor outreach to their industry and needs.
  • Share market, industry and competitor insights to support sales and marketing activity.
  • Qualify interest, budget, incumbent supplier and decision-making process before handover to Sales.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Partner with Sales Consultants and Account Directors to ensure smooth opportunity handovers.
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaign execution and event follow-up.
  • Contribute feedback from prospects to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Support the SDR team’s collective goals through collaboration and shared accountability.

  • Performance & Development

    • Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to agreed activity and conversion metrics for clear visibility, forecasting, and governance.
    • Participate in team stand-ups, enablement sessions, and coaching programmes.
    • Consistently demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
    • Take ownership of your personal development and career progression.

Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is beneficial.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable using CRM and sales-enablement tools.
    • Passionate about technology, employee engagement, and improving workplaces.
