Description
Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing new business team at Savills. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities across a network of UK offices, supporting Regional Heads of Department in building a strong and sustainable pipeline.

You’ll spend much of your time engaging clients over the phone and via email - reaching out to prospective, existing and lapsed contacts to introduce services, spark conversations and open doors for future business. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth by creating high-quality opportunities and strengthening client connections.

This position would suit someone who enjoys the pace of outbound sales, takes pride in building rapport and is motivated by turning conversations into tangible outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations and confident representing a premium brand. Whether you’re already working in sales or have experience in a telephone-based or client-facing role, this is an opportunity to refine your skills in a structured and supportive environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, or business development
  • Confidence engaging new contacts and building rapport quickly
  • A consistent, resilient approach to outbound activity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A commercially minded approach with attention to detail

Exposure to property, professional services, or high-end client environments would be beneficial, but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Ongoing career and professional development
  • 25–30 days’ annual leave (depending on grade)
  • Life assurance
  • Private medical scheme
  • Virtual GP access
  • Global mobility opportunities
  • Rewards platform
  • Company pension scheme
  • Enhanced incremental annual leave
