The Opportunity
"The Sales Development Representative role provides an exciting platform for career development for sales-oriented, ambitious, hungry individuals who have a creative & entrepreneurial flair, along with highly developed communication skills. You'll play a strategic role in the company's continued growth by finding and breaking into the next premier customers for FICO's flagship cloud software products. Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment is essential. Previous sales experience is desirable. What You'll Contribute
- Actively identify and research potential customers through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and create traction with prospects.
- Proactively respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and events, qualifying and converting them into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Key Account Managers.
- Prospect and contact key decision makers in a focused number of medium & large sized businesses within Financial Services and generate interest in FICO solutions, specifically within the DACH region.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting into Financial Services in the assigned region (DACH).
What We're Seeking
- Native German language with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a results-oriented or sales environment.
- Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team.
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Educated to degree standard or have gained the same level of experience operating in a commercial environment.
- Experience in a technology company or prospecting/selling into the technology industry.
- Understanding of broad business dynamics and how large, complex companies operate.
