We are seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record of exceeding new business revenue targets in the Banking/Fintech industry to join our team.
This role will focus primarily on expanding adoption of Paysafecash, our industry-leading cash solution for digital banks & fintechs, already implemented by Revolut, SumUp, N26, Deutsche Bank, BBVA, ING, and other FIs across the DACH region into EU & UK.
Paysafecash is the multi-country in-app feature that enables consumers and businesses to deposit and withdraw cash through thousands of retail locations, bridging digital banking services with physical cash infrastructure and enabling banks and fintechs to extend their reach efficiently and sustainably.
This position will report to the Senior Manager Financial Services, within our Revenue org.
If based in Berlin please note a German native speaker, or someone that can speak German language at least to C1 level is essential to the position.

Gresham Streetnext to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via
St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon and Mansion House.The Berlin office is located in the
Bikini Berlin building nearKurfürstendammwith easy access via public transport links.
The impact you will have:
- Drive new revenue growth by securing strategic wins for Paysafecash with leading banks and fintechs across priority European markets (including DACH, UK, Western and Southern Europe, and CEE).
- Build and leverage a strong industry network, establishing yourself as a trusted thought partner and enhancing Paysafe’s brand presence in the banking ecosystem.
- Own and execute end-to-end strategic sales cycles, from targeted prospecting and discovery through to solution structuring, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups across product, technology, commercial, and operations to align priorities and secure long-term partnerships.
- Identify, develop, and expand enterprise-level strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers.
- Craft and articulate compelling, tailored value propositions for financial services clients.
- Champion the role of innovative payment solutions within modern digital banking and fintech ecosystems.
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of the banking and regulatory landscape.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Represent Paysafe at key industry forums, events, and conferences.
