As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the success
of our Brand Protection business by partnering with Account Managers throughout the upsell and renewal sales cycle. Your role is to help support the commercial AM team in priority upsell and renewal opportunities by assisting existing clients in their understanding of how Corsearch’s solutions uniquely address the evolution of their BP strategy with Corsearch.
This is a commercial, client-facing, and consultative role — more about
understanding customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and enabling sales
success than deep technical implementation. You’ll work with prospects to uncover business problems, research & analyse data and present & demo our solution recommendations based on their needs.
We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, excellent presentation and
communication skills, tech-savvy, a fast learner with strong business and analytical abilities, and a proactive, collaborative approach to winning as a team.
Key Responsibilities In The Role
- Strategic Sales Partnership & Discovery: You will partner with Account Managers to execute winning sales strategies aligned with customer needs. During the discovery phase, you will lead the charge in uncovering a prospect’s unique business issues, objectives, and operational hurdles.
- Data Analysis & Brand Research: You will perform deep-dive research into how a prospect’s products and trademarks are represented online. Using advanced analytical tools, you will identify specific threats and translate raw data into a narrative that highlights the urgent need for Brand Protection.
- Solution Storytelling & Demonstrations: You will prepare and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the Corsearch platform. Rather than a generic walkthrough, you will articulate specific value propositions, providing insightful summaries that prove how our platform solves their specific business problems.
