Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Altrincham. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their automotive needs, and guiding them through the car-buying process. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting test drives, maintaining product knowledge, completing administrative tasks tied to sales, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales deals
- Organizational and time management capabilities
- Basic knowledge of vehicle features, models, and specifications
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- A full, clean UK driving license is required
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus but not essential; training will be provided
