The Role

This is a pivotal role within our sales team, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your career in automotive sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and representing the Paul Rigby Ltd brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to post-sale support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle range, promotions, and financing options.
  • Assist with showroom presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.

  • Candidate Profile

    • Proven experience in automotive or related sales roles, ideally within a dealership environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
    • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Confidence in using CRM software and basic IT applications.
    • Full UK driving licence.
    • A passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
