With spring just around the corner, this is an ideal opportunity to join a leading FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) retail merchandising team in a part-time, permanent Regional Merchandiser role. If you have experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment, or planogram compliance, this flexible field-based position could be the perfect fit.
Working with well-known household brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality in-store merchandising standards across your local territory.

Key Responsibilities - Retail Merchandising & FMCG Execution
Retail Merchandising & Stock Replenishment
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-presented, and compliant with brand guidelines
- Implement planograms accurately in line with FMCG standards
- Build, maintain, and refresh eye-catching promotional and seasonal displays
- Work closely with store colleagues and managers to access stock and support merchandising activity
- Travel between retail locations within your assigned territory
- Deliver consistent merchandising standards across all stores
- Competitive pay - up to £14.04 per hour on target earnings
- Full training in retail merchandising, planograms, and FMCG best practice
