We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our established Belfast team and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell a wide range of new and used vehicles tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying journey, delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales.
  • Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided).
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Candidate Requirements

    • Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target-driven environment.
    • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales.
    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
    • Full, valid UK driving licence.

    Required Criteria

    • At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
    • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
  • A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office

  • Desired Criteria

    • Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous
