Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Norwich for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicle options. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting test drives, meeting sales targets, preparing accurate sales documents, and staying updated on product knowledge. The Sales Executive will also work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure an excellent purchasing experience for customers.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively
  • Product knowledge and a genuine passion for the automotive industry, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest vehicles and features
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and proficiency in preparing accurate documentation
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to conduct test drives with prospective customers
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach
  • Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
