We’ve opened a brand-new Glasgow office and it’s already building serious momentum. Early wins are on the board, standards are high, and 2026 is about scaling properly. Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of an outbound team and push performance to the next level.


The Role

You’ll lead a high-volume outbound B2B sales team in our Glasgow office. This is a hands-on leadership role visible on the floor, in the numbers, and close to performance every single day.

You’ll drive activity, sharpen standards, and create a culture where targets are expected to be hit — and exceeded.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing, motivating and developing an outbound B2B sales team
  • Delivering and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coaching to improve conversion rates, call quality and consistency
  • Using KPIs and Salesforce data to identify gaps and act quickly
  • Maintaining high energy, pace and accountability across the team
  • Building a performance culture where results matter
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Strong outbound B2B sales background
    • Proven experience managing in a high-volume, target-driven environment
    • A leader who sets clear expectations and holds people to them
    • Commercially sharp and confident with reports, data and CRM systems
    • Someone who enjoys being in the action not managing from a distance
    • Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success
