Are you a high-performing sales leader ready to take ownership of a driven retail sales team — and be rewarded with truly uncapped earnings?

We are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead, inspire and grow our employed retail sales team within the home improvements sector.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a direct sales environment, understands performance management, and leads from the front.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, developing people, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

Essential:

We’re looking for a driven, organised and inspiring leader who is passionate about sales performance.

  • Lead, manage and motivate an employed direct retail sales team
  • Drive performance against monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to increase conversions and order values
  • Recruit, onboard, train and develop sales representatives
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
  • Support the team in the field, including assisted appointments
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and professionalism
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth objectives
  • Proven experience in direct retail sales
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to motivate and manage performance
  • Highly organised, results-focused mindset
  • Willingness to lead from the front and work in the field

Desirable:

  • Experience managing an employed sales team
  • Background in home improvements, double glazing or similar sectors

Other information:

What We Offer

  • Basic salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped performance bonus — OTE £96,000
