The Role

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our top performing sales office. Your Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth and maximizing team output. You will develop and implement strategic plans to consistently exceed property listing and sales targets. This includes actively generating new business and managing the full sales cycle from appraisal to completion. Your leadership will be key to driving team achievement: you'll be responsible for recruiting top talent, providing rigorous training, maintaining peak motivation, and meticulously managing performance to ensure maximum productivity. Furthermore, you'll ensure we maintain exceptional customer and client relationships, delivering a premium service and building strong connections by efficiently addressing all inquiries.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A successful track record in residential property sales, consistently demonstrating the ability to exceed targets and drive revenue.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Demonstrable success in securing property listings and winning instructions.
  • A natural ability to build and nurture strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset for expanding market reach, consistently demonstrating the initiative to uncover and successfully convert new business opportunities.
