Join Korn Ferry Digital’s fast-growing Commercial Strategy & Operations function as a Sales Operations Specialist based in London. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner directly with sales leadership to drive commercial excellence across EMEA.

What You’ll Do
- Be a strategic business partner to the EMEA VP of Sales and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance).
- Support quarterly business reviews, territory planning, segmentation, and resource allocation.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and performance tracking using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets.
- Analyze key revenue metrics (pipeline, bookings, churn, NRR) to guide decision-making.
- Drive improvements in sales processes, forecasting, and systems adoption.
- Coordinate with global teams to roll out scalable sales operations frameworks across regions.
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or consulting.
- Proven background in B2B SaaS or high-tech environments.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to uncover trends and insights.
- Experience with GTM tools and platforms (Salesforce, Tableau/BI tools, Gainsight, Clari, Outreach).
- Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth setting with evolving priorities.
