ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our US office, to be the backbone of our internal sales operations. This role exists to keep our revenue engine running smoothly — ensuring Salesforce accuracy, timely billing, and seamless cross-departmental collaboration across our US, Europe and Asia offices.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce support for sales and finance colleagues in the US office, resolving queries and correcting opportunities.
  • Process and close all orders accurately and on time for month end, ensuring nothing slips through the net
  • Monitor, calculate, and bill overages, royalties, and other revenue categories to protect against revenue leakage
  • Partner with the Finance team on billing adjustments and invoice accuracy, ensuring all invoices are collectable by Accounts Receivable
  • Review and complete Superuser cases promptly, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout
  • Support customer migrations within Salesforce, including mid-term moves and upsells from legacy products
  • Deliver ongoing training to sales colleagues on system updates, acting as a key cross-departmental liaison
  • Check closed lost product lines and verify that access has been correctly revoked and product configurations are accurate

  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Experience working with Salesforce.com, including managing opportunities, cases, and reporting
    • Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining data accuracy in fast-paced environments
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict month-end deadlines
    • Comfortable acting as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and operational teams
    • Clear and confident communicator, able to explain system processes to non-technical colleagues
    • Proactive mindset — able to spot issues before they become problems and take ownership of resolution
  • Ability to support US working hours so covering a shift of 10am to 6pm UK time

  • IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING, THAT WOULD BE GREAT:

    • Experience in the aviation, travel, or data industry
    • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar billing/ERP platforms
    • Exposure to subscription or usage-based billing models (overages, royalties, etc.)
    • Experience supporting international teams across multiple time zones

If you don’t meet every requirement but feel excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.

    WE WILL OFFER YOU:

    • A dynamic work environment at OAG, fostering innovation in a progressive, non-hierarchical culture, where passionate tech enthusiasts continuously develop new products and solutions with a focus on improvement for the aviation industry.
    • Flexible working arrangements that allow remote work and office attendance - 2 days onsite in Luton on Monday and Wednesday to collaborate with your team
    • An attractive compensation and benefits package, including private health insurance, a company bonus scheme and enhanced pension scheme
    • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, growing with each year of service, and a day off during your birthday month.
  • Work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 1 month per year
  • Annual learning and development budget

  • OAG is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and able to perform at their best.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences. If you require reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know — we’re happy to have an open conversation about how we can support you.
