As part of continued growth, we are looking for experienced Salesforce Consultants to join our growing international team, with a proven track record of delivering across a broad range of Salesforce products.

As part of our Summit level Salesforce team, you will deliver best in class Salesforce solutions by supporting the design and delivery of a diverse range of Sales, Service and Specialist Cloud implementations, across a range of customers and sectors.

What do we need from you?

As an Alscient Salesforce Consultant we expect you to hit the ground running, you will be a self-motivated, excellent communicator, with technical experience supported by certification across the sales, service, and specialist clouds, with previous Salesforce developer experience being a distinct advantage.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be confident working on a variety of Salesforce projects and solutions, providing technical expertise, team guidance and mentorship.

We want our Salesforce Consultants to be ‘hands-on’ and able to make an immediate impact providing solution input when required, comfortable following design documents and able to support on a variety of customer engagements.

You will have:

• At least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Proven technical platform experience supported by Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App builder, specialist certifications an advantage.
• Experience of technical document authoring skills, with real attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of Flows, Process Builder, and general automation.
• Experience of end-to-end involvement in Salesforce project delivery.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Capacity to understand, translate and contribute to the technical solution.
• Effective organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience and knowledge of AWS as well as Jira and Confluence tools would be advantageous.
