Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within ITSM, FSM, and CSM modules.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with telecom operational workflows.
  • Configure and customize platform features including workflows, UI policies, business rules, integrations, and automation.
  • Develop APIs, integrations, and data flows between telecom systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Support service fulfillment, field operations, and customer service processes.
  • Ensure adherence to platform best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and platform defects.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of development experience in enterprise platforms.
  • Strong experience implementing and customizing:
  • ITSM
  • FSM
  • CSM
  • Experience with workflow automation, scripting, and integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of service management processes in telecom environments.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM)
capabilities.
  • Knowledge of CMDB architecture, data models, and service mapping.
  • Understanding of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems.
  • Experience with performance optimization and platform scalability.
  • Relevant platform certifications.
  • Preferred Experience

    • Experience working on large telecom transformation programs.
    • Exposure to multi-country or European telecom environments.
    • Experience working with global delivery teams.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
