Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within ITSM, FSM, and CSM modules.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with telecom operational workflows.
- Configure and customize platform features including workflows, UI policies, business rules, integrations, and automation.
- Develop APIs, integrations, and data flows between telecom systems and enterprise platforms.
- Support service fulfillment, field operations, and customer service processes.
- Ensure adherence to platform best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and platform defects.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring junior developers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of development experience in enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience implementing and customizing:
- ITSM
- FSM
- CSM
- Experience with workflow automation, scripting, and integrations.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of service management processes in telecom environments.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM)
capabilities.Knowledge of CMDB architecture, data models, and service mapping. Understanding of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems. Experience with performance optimization and platform scalability. Relevant platform certifications.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large telecom transformation programs.
- Exposure to multi-country or European telecom environments.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
