We're looking for a Salesforce Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing decision-making, and delivering real business results. You won't just manage systems — you'll shape the digital future of our business.

In this role, you'll connect strategy with execution, translating bold ideas into tailored Salesforce solutions that transform the way we operate and serve our clients.

What You'll Do

• Own it: Be the go-to expert for Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Field Service.
• Drive value: Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities, putting user experience and business impact at the forefront.
• Bridge the gap: Turn business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions.
• Collaborate & communicate: Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Deliver fast: Work in Agile sprints, manage the backlog in JIRA, and bring ideas to life.
• Train & empower: Roll out training, create support content, and champion adoption across the business.
• Lead with insight: Build dashboards and use Salesforce analytics to drive smarter, faster decisions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Field Service — you know how to get things done.
• Strong Agile delivery experience and confident working in JIRA.
• Sharp analytical skills and a knack for simplifying complexity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for digital transformation and delivering measurable change.

Nice-to-Haves

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Field Service Consultant).
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
• Experience in construction, plant hire, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or similar field (not essential if you've got the experience)
