As Ward Manager, you will;
- You will carry overall continuing responsibility for the management and leadership of the ward including administration and the overall co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting and auditing of standards of care.
- Lead a team of highly qualified nurses to ensure we deliver excellent patient care
- Be accountable for the quality of care delivered within clinical area by nursing
- Work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to develop services provided for patients within clinical areas
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
