Purpose of the role
To ensure the efficient fulfilment and timely dispatch of all sample orders, supporting a high standard of customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring product quality, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver a seamless sample service experience.
The day to day
- To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
- To ensure same day dispatch of customer sample orders to maintain the high standard of service within the Sample Service Department.
- To liaise and work with the necessary team members and departments to help resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed via the online systems for parcel traceability and account management, maintaining high level of customer satisfaction by utilising computer systems effectively.
- Support with the production of sample binders and sample production to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure quality is maintained to the highest standard at all times in line with brand guidelines.
- Receive incoming deliveries whilst maintaining the sample storage area, ensuring that it is kept safe and organised at all times.
Other Considerations
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience of working in a dispatch role or similar
- Sewing skills advantageous
- Experience / Knowledge of using a computer, specifically Microsoft packages and I-series / AS400. Strong communication skills
- Good time management with organised and methodical approach
- Flexible approach to support the Sample Centre Team.
