Data Migration Lead – ERP Transformation (Must hold current SC or DV clearance)
We’re looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme delivering a next-generation ERP platform.
You’ll lead the end-to-end migration of complex legacy data into SAP S/4HANA, guiding a development team and driving the full data migration lifecycle—from data analysis and mapping through build, testing, and go-live.
🔹 Lead and mentor a data migration team
🔹 Drive data analysis, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
🔹 Run stakeholder workshops and solve complex data challenges
🔹 Collaborate with functional teams and business data owners on data quality and cleansing
🔹 Provide technical leadership and solution guidance across the programme
This is a leadership role for someone who understands data deeply, can communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and enjoys solving complex data problems in large transformation programmes.
This role will be based on-site in Reading.
