SAP P2P Lead Consultant
London / Manchester (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA P2P Lead Consultant to join a major SAP transformation programme. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end procurement and inventory management processes within a SAP S/4HANA RISE environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle SAP MM/P2P implementations
- Configure P2P, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Invoice Verification
- Run Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design sessions
- Produce functional specifications, test scripts, and configuration documentation
- Support data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Collaborate across SAP modules including FI and SD
- Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and hypercare support
Required Experience:
- Strong SAP S/4HANA MM/P2P consulting background
- Multiple end-to-end implementation experience
- Expertise in procurement and inventory processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience within complex enterprise SAP programmes
Desirable:
- Retail and supply chain experience
- Knowledge of SAP CAR, Retail Pricing, POS integration, and WMS integration
- SAP S/4HANA certification
