Position: SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst
Employment Type: Contract
Start: ASAP (March/April 2026)
Duration: 6 Months

Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to support HR system enhancements and change requests across core SuccessFactors modules. This role focuses on functional and regression testing of configuration changes, integrations, and defect fixes within a release-driven HR systems environment. You will work closely with project managers, HR teams, and payroll specialists to ensure system changes are delivered with minimal risk to live HR and payroll operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse HR change requests and functional documentation to define test scope, scenarios, and impact.
  • Design and execute functional, regression, and release testing for SuccessFactors configuration changes.
  • Validate end-to-end HR processes, including:
    • Hiring and employee changes
    • Absence and Time Off processes
  • Performance cycles and learning assignments
  • Recruitment journeys
  • Test payroll-related changes impacting Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Execute regression testing aligned with system releases and payroll cycles.
  • Log, track, and retest defects using agreed defect management tools.
  • Provide clear testing evidence, documentation, and status reporting.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with HR and payroll SMEs.
  • Identify quality risks early and provide recommendations for mitigation.

  • Key Skills:
    • Proven hands-on experience testing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
    • Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
    • Experience testing Performance & Goals, Recruitment, and Learning modules.
    • Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
    • Experience working in BAU / AMS / change-driven environments.
    • Strong defect management, documentation, and testing discipline.
    • Ability to work independently while delivering against tight change timelines.
