SAP Test Lead / Test Manager x2 | London or Manchester | Hybrid
We are looking for 2 experienced SAP Test Leads / Test Managers to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a contract opportunity focused on a brownfield implementation, driving testing strategy and delivery across critical business functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, Regression and Cutover phases
• Define test strategy, governance, reporting and quality controls
• Manage defect lifecycle and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate with functional consultants, BASIS, release teams and business users
• Validate integrations, interfaces and SAP BTP extensions
Required Experience
• Proven SAP Test Lead or Test Manager experience on SAP S/4HANA programmes
• Strong background in brownfield migrations and large enterprise transformations
• Experience across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Master Data processes
• Hands-on use of SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, HP ALM or Azure DevOps
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
• Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft or other automation tools
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite testing experience
• Understanding of Clean Core and SAP BTP environments
