As a Scheduler within the business services industry, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating schedules, appointments, and resources to ensure seamless operations. This is a hybrid remote position, where you will be required in the office near Abingdon every Wednesday.

Key responsibilities of the Scheduler - 12-month FTC include:
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules and appointments for key stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to confirm appointments.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
Profile
The successful Scheduler - 12-month FTC will have:
- Previous experience in scheduling/project coordination/resource management (essential).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- The ability to shift focus efficiently and work in a very fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent and confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Be energetic, a self-starter, with strong prioritisation skills.
