As our next Scheme Support Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of key projects within our Highways Maintenance Department, supporting the team by managing vital administrative tasks, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and helping drive efficiency across the board. Job Description
Job Purpose:
To support teams to contribute to the successful delivery on the key objectives of the Highways and Transportation service priorities and business development opportunities.
To support the Highways Maintenance Revitalisation Project (HMRP) Team and Senior Operations Manager with the successful delivery of major projects and work programmes within Highways and Transportation.
To engage with partners and other stakeholders to gain agreement and commitment to delivering change, co-operation and resources to successfully deliver service improvements
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Essential - Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Full UK Driver’s licence or ability to travel to Seacroft, Yeadon, and Pottery Fields Highways Maintenance Depots.
Desrirable Requirements
Degree or qualification in business or project management desirable.
