The successful candidate will work autonomously or as part of a team to provide screening programmes to children at primary schools in the Tewkesbury locality to identify and address health needs in the local population. You will facilitate parent groups providing advice and support for health issues they are concerned about in their children. This may also include one to one work with families following a package of care.
