📌 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to oversee and manage complex, multi‑workstream projects within the public sector. You will play a pivotal role in leading teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic outcomes.

💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Leadership: Own and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, and timelines.

🔹 Complex Programme Management: Navigate multiple workstreams, interdependencies, and diverse stakeholder groups.

🔹 Risk & Dependency Management:

🔹 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government bodies, agencies, community groups, and senior leaders to drive consensus and progress.

🔹 Team Leadership: Guide and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

🔹 Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish clear KPIs, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management.

🔹 Continuous Improvement: Enhance project processes, methodologies, and delivery frameworks for efficiency and effectiveness.
